DELIVERABLES::

We shot the finished building like architecture. Real-estate discipline inside, clean lines, corrected verticals, spaces shown the way they'll be used, and drone coverage outside to place the building in context and show the full scope of what was built. A tight midday access window meant every setup was planned before we arrived. The result gives the contractor what construction rarely has after the crews leave: proof of craft they can put in front of the next client.

The Approach

Robert Roberts LLC, a Chattanooga construction contractor, needed the completed Hamilton County Juvenile Center captured properly: interior and exterior photography plus aerial video and stills of the finished building. Finished construction usually gets a phone picture for the file. This build deserved evidence, imagery strong enough for proposals, project records, and the next bid.
