Studio Corvid ("we," "us") operates studiocorvid.com. This page explains what information we collect when you visit or contact us, and what we do with it. Short version: we collect what you send us, we don't sell it, and we're not interested in following you around the internet.

What we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form or email us, we receive what you share: your name, business name, email address, project details, and budget range. That's it, and it's voluntary.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting platform (Showit) and analytics tools may collect standard technical data: browser type, device, pages visited, and general location (city-level, from your IP address). We use this to understand how the site is used, not to identify you.
Cookies. The site may use basic cookies for functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings and the site will still work.

What we do with it

Send you information you've asked for
Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not send marketing email you didn't ask for. We share information only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, forms, email, scheduling — currently [Showit / email provider), and only as needed to operate it.

Third-party services
The site embeds services like Vimeo (video) and [Calendly] (scheduling). Those services may collect data under their own privacy policies when you interact with them.

Your choices
Email us at [hello@studiocorvid.com] anytime to ask what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. If you're in a region with specific privacy rights (such as the EU or California), we'll honor requests consistent with those laws.

Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

The site and its content
Everything on this site — designs, films, photography, text, the Studio Corvid name and marks — belongs to Studio Corvid or is used with permission of our clients. You're welcome to look, share links, and reference our work with credit. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our work or our clients' materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

Client work shown on this site is displayed for portfolio purposes. Trademarks and brand materials belonging to clients remain the property of those clients.

Inquiries are not engagements

Submitting the contact form or emailing us starts a conversation, not a contract. Project work begins only when both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, timeline, and payment. Any pricing mentioned on this site or in correspondence is indicative until confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement.

No guarantees about the site
We keep this site accurate and running to the best of our ability, but it's provided "as is." We may change, move, or remove content at any time, and we aren't liable for interruptions, errors, or for the content of third-party sites we link to.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Corvid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice beyond general information about our services.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Hamilton County, Tennessee.
